A course which describes, and gives experience of, the main tools and
techniques used for System Safety Management. |

To describe and give experience, through short exercises, of the main tools and techniques used for System Safety Management. |
| Exam: |
The course content is subject to an assessment endorsed by the University of
York at the end of the course. |
| Duration: |
2 days non-residential. |
| Pre-Requisites: |
Attendance on the System Safety Management (SSM) course is mandatory. To
maximise the benefit of SSTT, it is recommended that the course is taken after a
minimum of six months following completion of the SSM course. |

Personnel with responsibility for procuring or managing system safety cases. |

• Goal Structuring Notation. |
