| Description: |
An informal trainer led workshop which will provide delegates
with an in-depth knowledge of additional modules that were not taught on SCM2.
This course is Mandatory for Band E and D staff NEW to Maritime Inventory
Management 6 months after attending Stage 2 of the SCM training programme. And
includes modules on Receipts, Returns, Surpluses & Disposals, PROFILE and Scales
Tasks and Allowances. |

To provide an overview on subjects which impact on the role of the Maritime Inventory Manager |
| Duration: |
1 week non-residential.

Supply Chain Management pt1 – SCM Introduction (SCM1) & Supply
Chain Management pt2 – SCM Functional Competences (SCM2) course attendance
preferred. |

The Maritime Inventory Management task;
• Maintaining the processes in accordance with the current Job Instruction
Sheets (JISs);
• Supply Chain Management Instructions (SCMIs) and Joint Supply Publication
886 (JSP 886);
• The role and tasks of the Maritime Inventory Manager. |
