| Description: |
A course that will give students, who have previous experience of Quality Assurance, further knowledge and understanding of the subject.
Successful completion of this course and exam are pre-requisites for the
Quality Assurance Practitioner (Part 2) (QAPT2) course. |
| Aim: |
To develop the knowledge and experience necessary for Practitioner level Quality Assurance Competences in MQ1 to 4. |
| Exam: |
Short exam based on the course material. Note: successful completion of the exam is one of the requirements for the MOD QA licence. |
| Exemptions: |
Exemption from this course can only be granted by the Head of Profession for
Quality. Details of the exemptions process can be found on the DQA Licensing
Website. |

2 days non-residential |
| Pre-Requisites: |
For non or new Quality Assurance staff - Quality Assurance Awareness (QAA).
For existing Quality Assurance staff, there are no pre-requisites. |
| Designed For: |
Non Quality Assurance staff wishing to gain further knowledge of the subject, new Quality Assurance staff, and
existing Quality Assurance staff who require a refresher.
Quality Assurance Practitioner (Part 1 & Part 2) (QAPT1) (QAPT2) are mandated for those wishing to become Licensed Quality Practitioners. |
