| Description: |
This course is a general introduction to the Support and Supply Chain, aiming to give students an insight into the through life management of equipment on Stores System 3 from Creation to Disposal.
Including step by step guidance on the use and functionality of OLIVER transactions and the SS3 information provided. Including ‘hands on’ practice within a safe environment. |
| Aim: |
To provide an understanding of the SS3 Functional Areas, understanding of the OLIVER system and its interface with SS3, to enable its effective use within the work place. |

| Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will be able to: • Name and
explain 6 functional areas of SS3 used in the Through Life Management of
equipment;
• Name and explain 3 other Supply Chain IT systems used in the Supply Chain;
• Log on, navigate the OLIVER screens and log out without the use of handouts;
• Identify information on 2 main enquiry transaction screens with the use of the
handout. |
