This on-line course is the third in a sequence of APMP
examination syllabus content. It provides delegates with an understanding of the
Business Case, what is included and how to manage investments and trade offs. It
also looks at how procurement and supplier selection fit into a project. Content
is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge 5th
Edition (2006). |
