Investment Decisions

Description: This on-line course is the third in a sequence of APMP examination syllabus content. It provides delegates with an understanding of the Business Case, what is included and how to manage investments and trade offs. It also looks at how procurement and supplier selection fit into a project. Content is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge 5th Edition (2006).
Aim: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of the discipline of Project Management.
Duration: 4 Hours Approximately.
Pre-Requisites: Project Management Tools and Techniques (PM4)
Designed For: All MOD and non-MOD personnel, irrespective of function or TLB area, who require a basic understanding of Project Management.
