| Description: |
This on-line course is one of a suite of courses which will give
personnel working in the Catering, Retail and Leisure environment required for
their roles. This course is aimed at Unit Executives and Supervisors. |
| Aim: |
To provide CRL mangers with the required knowledge of the
processes leading to contract award and the subsequent management of CRL (PAYD)
inclusive contracts to achieve best Value for Money (VFM). |

| Pre-Requisites: |
Unit Executives - None
Supervisors - it is recommended that delegates in a Supervisory role have
completed their mandatory training. |

By the end of the package learners will be able to:
• Recognise the processes leading to CRL Contract Award;
• Understand how to manage CRL PAYD inclusive contracts;
• Understand how to achieve best Vale for Money in a CRL Contract;
• Understand how Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) fit into the Service
Provision Payment;
• Understand how to interpret the monthly Trading Account;
• Understand how to identify trends in the monthly Trading Account. |
