| Description: |
This on-line course is the second in a suite of courses which
will give personnel working in the Catering, Retail and Leisure environment
required for their roles. It provides a more in depth overview of the subject
and the knowledge required to progress to the next level course if required. |
| Aim: |
To provide delegates with a practical knowledge of Catering, Retail
and Leisure (CRL) including Pay as You Dine (PAYD). To understand the process of
Key Performance Indicators (KPI), the Monthly Trading Account and the planning
and control of food service systems to obtain Value for Money (VFM). |
