| Description: |
This course provides guidance on the Provision element of BODMS, an overview of the system
and an introduction to the screens and how to navigate them. It covers some of the main transaction screens used by Provisioners to update inaccurate data on BODMS receipts. |

To provide students with an overview of the Provision element of the BODMS system. |
| Duration: |
1 day non-residential. |
| Pre-Requisites: |
It is recommended that students have 1-3 months
experience in Inventory Management and have attended Combined SS3 and OLIVER
(PS-03). Please note: This course cannot be booked via HRMS. Please send a completed
application form to Admiral House Bristol. |

| Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will be able to: • Log on,
navigate the BODMS screens and log out without the use of handouts;
• Amend incorrect BODMS receipt records with the use of the handout;
• Identify information relevant to them on 2 main enquiry transaction
screens, with the use of the handout. |
