| Description: |
This on-line course provides the additional
subjects which are not covered in the previous Project
Management e-learning (PM2, PM3,PM5 and PM6) but which form part of the APMP examination
syllabus. PM7 (in conjunction with PM2,3,5 and 6) will allow
candidates to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project
management in order to assist in the management of projects.
Learners who are seeking the APMP qualification will be able to
demonstrate an understanding of how these elements interact. |
| Aim: |
To provide learners with additional knowledge elements to
demonstrate their own knowledge of project management at a
foundation level and progress to the APMP exam.
The APMP examination syllabus covers 37 knowledge areas from
the APM Body of Knowledge. Knowledge of these areas is
considered fundamental to the professional management of
projects. |

| Pre-Requisites: |
All learners must have completed:
• Projects in Context (PM2);
• Planning, Scheduling and Risk (PM3);
• Project Management Tools and Techniques (PM4)
• Investment Decisions (PM5)
• Managing the Project (PM6)
Exemption from Controlling the Project (PM7) may be requested if
you:
• Have attended an Association for Project Managers
(Professional) (APMP) 5 Day Workshop;
• Failed a previous APMP exam;
• Have passed the APMP Pre-Test (APMPPT)
