Managing the Project
Course Code PM6
Description: This on-line course the fourth in a sequence of APMP examination syllabus content. It provides delegates with an understanding of how to maintain quality and manage information and change within a project. It then finally looks at how to close a project, handover and evaluate project successes and failures. Content is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge 5th Edition (2006). 
Aim: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of the discipline of Project Management.
Duration: 7 Hours Approximately.
Pre-Requisites: None.
Designed For: All MOD and non-MOD personnel, irrespective of function or TLB area, who require a basic understanding of Project Management.
