| Description: |
This workshop is part of the
suite of Project and Programme Management courses. It has been designed to
provide delegates with a thorough understanding of the practical application of
a range of project management tools and techniques. The workshop takes the form
of a fully interactive case study with trainers providing role play interaction. |

This workshop is designed to
provide a practical approach to the application of project management theory,
particularly in the areas of planning, scheduling and control, in a
nonthreatening environment. |

3 days non-residential. |

Planning,
Scheduling and Risk (PM3). |

All staff, irrespective of functional
specialism, that are involved in planning and control activities. |

| Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
• Undertake a stakeholder analysis and establish the success criteria for each
stakeholder;
• Plan a project and identify the critical path;
• Perform a risk analysis and manage identified risks;
• Allocate and control project resources. |
