Course Code PM2
Description: This on-line course is the first in a sequence of APMP examination syllabus content, which provides delegates with an understanding of: Projects, Programmes and Portfolios and how they are related. It also looks at the environment surrounding a project and the key roles within a project management team. Content is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge 5th Edition (2006).
Aim: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of the discipline of Project Management
Duration: 12 Hours Approximately.
Pre-Requisites: Principles of Project Management (PM1) and Principles of Project Management On-Line Standalone Test (PPMOST) or Principles of Project Management On-Line (PM1OL).
Designed For: All MOD and non-MOD personnel, irrespective of function or TLB area, who require a basic understanding of Project Management.
